About a week ago he saw Reuben Bowers near the George in Dunstable who offered to sell him some slating nails which he had bought from Charles Maddocks. He said he would have nothing to do with them. Additional information ... Charles Maddocks offered to sell him the nails several times and told him he had plenty more at home.
