- Scope and ContentWiliam Burton: occupied a house and land in Northill. On 3 October 1850, Cornelius Kemp called to ask if I could let him have the poor rate. Kemp presented him with a receipt for 23 pounds, 11 shillings and 3 pence, in respect of the Poor Rate for the parish of Northill made on 15 June 1850. He paid Kemp the money in cash.
