Appeal by parish of All Saints, Northampton for removal of John Swift, wife Elizabeth and children Louisa Ann aged 6, Charles John aged 3 and William Hone age 13 months from parish of Dunstable to All Saints. Order to be quashed due to insufficient notice being sent to the appellants, subject to the opinion of the Court of Queen's Bench at Westminster.
