Rent charge of 20 shillings, out of 3 acres arable in Hales croft, Wilden, in Smartwick field, in the occupation of Henry Lovell. Reciting will of Eleanor Gery, mother of William, 25 January 1796, bequeathing £20 to be distributed among poor of Little Staughton, to be invested by executor William Gery in an annuity.
