Sent to Miss S Caves [?], Nottingham. Message reads "No 2888 Private A Blanksby c/o Mrs Wonmer, 17 Clifton Road, Luton. Dear Cousin, I am very sorry I was unable to call and thank you for the scarf, but we went away on Monday instead of Tuesday as expected. I am pleased to say we have a good billet & plenty of food. Thanking you for the scarf. I am your loving cousin, Alf." On the front is written "We live two minutes from here"
