    i) Ebenezer Hickman, plait dealer, Cassandra Hickman, Amy Hickman, spinsters (all of Kensworth); ii) Lucy Perkins, Dunstable, widow; consideration - £300 and interest at 4½% per annum. i) releases to ii): cottage with chamber over the gateway, garden ground behind, known as 131, West Street, Dunstable and now in occupation of Daniel Cobb; right of way and access to well; - messuage in Albert Street, Dunstable, on SW side of Victoria Street, now in occupation of Charlotte Elizabeth Watkins; to secure repayment of said £300 and interest; premises to be insured. Signatures of i). Witness: Albert Gutteridge, solicitor, Dunstable. Also included: reconveyance: a) Emma Florence Bradshaw, wife of William Cornelius Bradshaw, Burcott, near Leighton Buzzard, farmer, Sophia Elizabeth Morton, wife of George Morton, Kimpot Farm near Dunstable; b) Ebenezer Hickman, Cassandra Hickman, Amy Hickman. Reciting death of Lucy Perkins on 6 November 1907, having by will dated 14 January 1899 appointed Albert Tompkins (since deceased) and a) then E F Perkins and S E Perkins, spinsters, as executors and executrixes. Said will proved on 18th January 1908 (Principal Probate Registry). Albert Tompkins died on 22 May 1908. Now in consideration that all principal and interest have been paid, a) convey to b) all the property in main deed. Signatures of a). Witnesses: W C Bradshaw, Burcott, George Morton, Skimpot.
