Reserving to (i) all 'little islands, slipps or little pieces of ground' in or adjoining river, and willows and osiers. (ii) to repair banks of river, not to take in merchandise from coal merchants etc using Ouse, including Joseph Field and Ebenezer Foskett of Tempsford, merchants, or any future tenants of their wharf, except corn brought for milling.
