4th and 5th side of letter "I am sending you a very sweet present - my little Peary girl, who was born near the North Pole - Commander P. was so thrilled with her evidently. She left with her mother and the nurse for America. Asked Methuen the publishers for a print of the portrait. They couldn't do it, so had it photographed herself. Would have liked to send one to dear Mary "how she would have loved the little thing."
