Thomas Presland: stated 2 bushels of potatoes belonged to him, and laid in his house from Friday afternoon until Saturday morning. Henry Bygrave: said that they forked them up on Walter Robarts land on Friday afternoon. James Jaques: said he went with 'them' and had part of what they forked up. (all 3 declined to sign their statement)
