    i) Daniel Costin, Dunstable, brewer; ii) Eliza Waters Pitkin, wife of Horace Edward Pitkin, Dunstable, carpenter; consideration - £50 paid to i) by ii). i) conveys to ii) - piece of land in Borough of Dunstable on NE side of High Street with frontage of 20 ft and depth of 150 ft and was conveyed to i) by deed of 23 April 1902 between Eliza Wright and i). NW Charles Edward Addington, NE and SE i), SW High Street Dunstable. To hold according to stipulations in conveyance of 10 July 1900 between William and George Garside and William and Eliza Wright, and set forth in schedule, to use of ii). i) recognises right of ii) to production of above deed. Schedule: each purchaser to erect fences, as appropriate; buildings to be erected behind building line. No building to be erected of less value than £15; no minerals to be dug until purchase of all lots has been completed; no foundry to be constructed; no shed or caravan intended for use as dwelling or sleeping apartment.
