    The average price of a bushel of wheat within the county of Bedford during the term of 7 years, was 6 shillings and 6 half pence. This was found to be 3 pence per bushel lower than the price ascertained and set forth in the award of the commissioners made on the enclosure of the lands in Steppingley. A schedule details the yearly rents charged by tenant, with the adjustment made for the revised average prices. Owners named in the award of the enclosure, Present owners, Quantity, Quantity of wheat each proprietor is to pay in lieu of tithes as shown in the award of the enclosures, The amount here forth paid at the rate of 7s0d, The amount o the last column to be diminished, Amounts to be paid in future at the rate od 6s 61/2d per bushel until said corn rents shall be again reascertained or varied.
