- Scope and ContentWilliam Breakwell: he searched the prisoner’s house and found a sack of turnip seed in a child’s cradle. Upstairs he found another sack which he opened in the presence of Bird and found it contains about a bushel and a half of beans and a dead fowl. The prisoner said that he hoped to be transported, and that it was him who had done it. He wished to bring nobody else any trouble.
