- Scope and ContentHe is foreman to Mr Frederick Brown, an ironmonger in Luton. From information received he went to a shed or warehouse to look at some iron and steel and a box row heater. He was told by the landlord that the articles had been collected by Wilds and placed there. About 11.30 he saw the articles there. About 5 minutes after the dinner hour George Carter told him they were gone except the box row heater, which was taken away later.
