- Scope and ContentRobert Alderman: potatoes were grown in his father's field, called Grand Pit Close, and a portion were dug. He recognised the potatoes found on the accused to be those of his father. Frederick Joseph Baillieu: met Richardson and ask what he was carrying. Richardson showed him the potatoes which he said he had got from Bill Cook of Willington. Baillieu believed them to match those which had been dug from Mr Alderman's field.
