- Scope and ContentJohn Millard: Francis Terry came to the station house in Luton and gave himself into the custody of Millard for stealing Mr Raban's chain. Terry told him that it had not been him who drew the chain from the window on a wire hook, but Scales. However, he would plead guilty to the charge.
