- Scope and ContentRichard Eve: had a stack of billet wood by his house. William Worker is in his employ. Eve was bought a sack of wood by William Kinns which he said he had taken from William Worker. William Kinns: he was watching the wood stack and saw William Worker and filled a sack. He then challenge Worker and told Eve what he had seen. William Sharman: detained Worker, who said he had spent his money "out on the razz" and had no wood to burn.
