- Scope and ContentGeorge Arnold: was asked by the accused for food and a place to stay as he had nowhere to go. he gave the accused supper and when he woke next day, the accused had gone. Arnold then missed his watch and a pair of trousers. Robert Hart: apprehended John Johnson. At first he denied taking the items but then said he had sold them to a man he did not know in London.
