    Joseph Neale: went with the accused to his barn and found 12 sheaves of peas and beans. Jackson stated they were his and had been grown on his land. Neale shown the peas and beans to William Chambers, Mr Allen’s' foreman and he identified them as the property of his master. William Chambers: confirms he believes them to be peas and beans from his master George Allen's farm. George Allen: was unaware of the theft but could confirm the beans and peas to be from his field.Statement of the accused - nothing to say
