    John Bonfield: lives in Harrold but occupies a farm in Odell and keeps a gig at that farm. He discovered the leather apron had been cut off and stolen from the gig. He later went with Joseph Neal, to Wollaston and saw Neale find piece of the leather once belonging to the apron. Joseph Neale: from information went to the prisoner’s house in Wollaston. He found pieces of leather once belonging to the apron. The accused left the house to be returned by the parish constable and at that point said he wished to settle the matter as he did not wish to go to the Harrold lock up.
