Scope and Content
William Stern: worked as a tailor for Edwin Harris Strange in Ampthill. He saw the prisoner in the warehouse and he enquired of some trousers. He later saw the accused leave with the trousers. He saw him enter an outhouse, and leave without the trousers. On searching the outhouse he found the trousers.
