- Scope and ContentJoseph Baron: the accused came into his baker's shop and asked for a penny of bread. He offered him penny cakes but Reed refused saying he wanted a new loaf cut. Baron declined and suggested he try another shop. the accused later returned and shoved his fist through the window and grabbed a quartern loaf. However, he lost grip and the loaf fell into the shop. William Hann: on being charged the accused said he did break the window
