He is about 26 years of age. Born at Higham Ferrers, Northamptonshire. About Christmas 1815 he let himself to Captain Colby in London as general servant by the year at the wages of 16 guineas per annum. Continued in his service eight months then accompanied his Master to Bedford parish of St Mary for three years. They then lived again at London for three months, Fareham in Hampshire for 6 months when in about November 1820 he went with his Master to Titchfield in Hampshire and continued with him there until about Feb 1821 when he quitted his service. Yesterday married at St Peter to Elizabeth Rutter.
