  • Scope and Content
Mr Vyse informed him last Saturday that he had lost a quantity of plait the previous Saturday. He told Mr Vyse to be cautious how he tied the bag. He went to the Turf Hotel and examined the tie. He saw Thomas Gee come in and take the bag. He saw him take the bag on his shoulder towards Mr Waller's factory. Gee put the bag down, appeared to be watching and seemed to be emptying the bag. Gee went into Mr Waller's warehouse with the bag and came out a few minutes later without it. He later saw Gee's father drive up and bring out the bag, which was no longer tied as it had been, and put it in the cart. Thomas Gee brought out a box. When he was watching Mr Thomas Waller's factory after Thomas Gee went in nobody else went in until the bag as taken away.
