Deposition - Elizabeth Francis, wife of Norman Francis of Ridgmont, in case of George Maddams

Keeps a Public House at Ridgmont. Remembers seeing Maddams come into her house at about 7am one Sunday morning in January. She heard of the robbery at Mr Roger's the next day.Maddams left in the afternoon and had two parcels about a yard long with him, she thinks wrapped up in cloth with one or two silk handkerchiefs round them. He said he was going to Leighton but did not mention the parcels.
