He is 38 years of age. Born in Cottingham East Riding of the County of York where his father Thomas Norman lived and belonged. In 1803 he left Cottingham and went to reside at Stamford in Lincolnshire where he resided only 6 weeks and then went to live in several places in his official situation. In June 1816 he came to live in Bedford. Was married on 8 Nov 1818 at St Paul, Bedford to Ann Hodgkins.
