- Scope and ContentOn December 4 he received information that a wooden trough lined with lead was missing from his farm at Cold Harbour. He found the wood had been left but the lead taken. Wright the policeman told him there was some lead at [Shrimptons?] which he thought might be his. He went with Mr Ellerd the plumber and glazier, who had made the trough, and found the lead at the house of Joseph Morris. Ellard thought the lead was part of the trough. He knows Fensom who lives close to his farm at Cold Harbour. At the same time he missed the lead he heard that the limehouse had been broken open and that a sack was missing. Jeremiah Fensom - claimed to have found the lead in a sack in a ditch.
