- Scope and ContentCornelius Sharpe: was advised that Henry Smith had offered a bedstead for sale to John Whitmell. He approached William Darby, asking him to check if he had lost a bedstead. He confirmed he had John Whitmell: paid 6s 8d to Henry Smith for a bedstead. Mr Darby later confirmed it to be his property. William Darby: swore that the bedstead was his.
