The next day he returned and found another deal plank attached to the pig sty. Joseph Eaton: accompanied John King to George Fairey's house where they discovered the planks, He identified them as his by certain marks on them. The planks were under the care of Joesph Eaton, but the property of the late Joseph Eaton, his father. George Fairey: stated he could say nothing about the matter.
