- Scope and ContentJames Parrott: witnessed John Hart take the loaf out of the window of Richard Walkers shop. Hart was stopped by another man and threw down the loaf. Hart offered to pay for the loaf. When searched he had 4s6d on him. Richard Walker: was called into his shop where Parrott had detained Hart. He recognised the bread to be his. He knew of the accused as he delivers bread to his father. John Jabez Hart: had no comment to make
