    i) Gilbert Caldecott, Thorgonby Hall, near Castor, Lincolnshire, esquire (trustee of the Rectory Estate) ii) George Fieschi Heneage, Hainton, Lincolnshire, esquire iii) John Maire, Grays Inn, Middlesex, esquire iv) John Caryll, Ladyholt, Sussex, esquire v) Gilbert Welles, Dorchester, Oxfordshire, gentleman John Poyntz, Grays Inn, Middlesex, gentleman ( executors of the will of Charles Wells, esquire, deceased, who was sole executor of Charles Shireburn, late of St.Martin’s in the Fields, gentleman, deceased) vi) Christopher Metcalfe, Hawstead, Suffolk, esquire by articles of Agreement of 20 September 1742 between George Heneage, uncle of ii), and iv), premises in mortgage to George Heneage , were sold to trustees (George Heneage retaining £1500 and interest, being the principal money due to him) Bond by which George Heneage was indebted to Charles Shireburn in £1500 Bedfordshire premises of George Heneage on his death vested in the trustees of his Lincolnshire of which i) is sole survivor sole surviving trustee for receiving surplus of money arising from sale of mortgaged estate is iii) consideration - £6000 (£1500 to v), £4500 to iii)) i) at request of iv) and v) and consent of ii) and iii) , releases to vi) - site of dissolved monastery at Newnham etc. -Rectory of Goldington etc. - all messuages, farms, mills etc. of iv) and v) belonging to above Monastery or Rectory - tenement and backhouse and fore yard in High Street, St.Paul’s, Bedford - all other property of ii), iv) and v) in Goldington, Bedford and Cardington all now in occupation Silvester Addington, Thomas Faldo, John Wish and Thomas Odell with outgoings of £5 11s 6d i.e. £3 5s 8d per annum on account of Newnham for procurations ( of which 3s 4d to Bishop of Lincoln, 7s 6d to Archdeacon of Bedford and yearly rents of 10s to Hospital of St.John in Bedford, £1 for land in Long Holme belonging to St.Leonard in Bedford, and 5s to Mary Cawne) signatures i) - v) receipts witness 23 and 24 March 1761 Examined by James Clarke and John Pierce, clerks to Mr. Palmer 12 June 1770
