i) Ebenezer Burr ii) George Reynolds, Hornsey, Middlesex, gardener John Allen, Chiltern Green, near Luton, police constable Elizabeth Reynolds, Goldington, spinster iii) Joseph Shuttleworth by his will dated 27 October 1877 Samuel Reynolds devised real and personal estate to ii) for certain uses. He died on 14 January 1880. Will proved 24 March 1880 consideration - £1150, out of which £350 will be paid to i) - “The Crown” beer house etc. now in occupation of William Pritzler Newland, in Goldington - blacksmith’s shop and premises late in occupation of Samuel Reynolds - 8 cottages, in Goldington in occupations of Robert Arnold, Charles Brace, William Gaunt, Samuel Marshall, Abraham Maskell, Mrs.Watts, Benjamin Franklin and -. N.and E. formerly Joseph Parker and others, now of James Flood S. Bedford to St.Neot’s highway, with a frontage of 125 ft W. accommodation road, formerly part of Goldington Green, with frontage of 54 ft - Felts Close (1 acre 1 rood 8 perches) also land awarded to Samuel Reynolds upon the enclosure of Goldington with plan signature i) and ii) endorsed receipts witnesses Thomas William Webb, solicitor, Bedford William Douglas Salter, his clerk
