Memorandum of agreement:

i) James Bennett, Goldington, carpenter ii) Thomas Hull, Goldington, cordwainer consideration - £60 i) agrees to convey to ii) - 2 cottages in Goldington in occupations of Philip Harpur and Samuel Denton - small piece land in front and back of said cottages and in occupation with them said £60 to be paid on 17 October next and from that day ii) shall have rents. If money not paid on that day i) shall be entitled to interest at 5% ii) will take same title as i) took on his purchase of the property i) will retain the title deeds and covenant to produce them signatures both witness Alexander Sharman, solicitor, Bedford
