- Scope and Contenti) Joseph Shuttleworth ii) Sir Richard Crampton Power in treaty for sale it was agreed that following agreement be entered into: 1) on expiration of term of 10 years from 29 September 1869, created by lease of 5 December 1871, when house etc. leased to Charles William Talbot Ponsonby, i) will permit ii) to enter house to remove furniture and to bring such carts, carriers etc. as may be necessary. Any damage done will be put right by ii) 2) i) will, if necessary, deliver to ii), a copy of lease, on a written undertaking to return it to him within a reasonable period 3) i) at expiration of term, will pay to said Charles William Talbot Ponsonby a sum of money (not exceeding £40) as the dairy erected by said Charles William Talbot Ponsonby on the said premises shall be valued and will indemnify ii) from all liability in consequence of ii) having agreed with Charles William Talbot Ponsonby of purchasing such dairy at valuation with note by J.T.Tweed that he sees no objection to the agreement, Lincoln 4 November 1875 copy of signature i) copy witness William Smail, solicitor, Bedford
