    Counterpart Deed to Lead to the Uses of a Fine Parties: (i) Sir Henry Campion of Goudhurst [Kent] and dame Ann, his wife; (ii) Robert Griffith of Lincolns Inn [Middlesex], gentleman; Edward Miller, citizen and skinner of London Operative Part: - (i), for the natural love of Dame Ann and for her jointure, covenanted with (ii) to levy a fine sur conizance de droit come ceo etc. on (a)-(i) Property: (a) Saint Leonard’s, Bedford; (b) lands in Bedford, Saint John’s, Cardington and Kempston formerly in the occupation of James Harding; (c) land in Cardington and Elstow formerly in the occupation of John White; (d) land in Cardington formerly in the occupation of Widow Crump; (e) land in the parishes of Bedford, Saint Peter de Merton, Saint Paul and Saint Cuthbert formerly in the occupation of Richard Tailor, sergeant-at-law, then William Faldoe; (f) cottage in Fenlake, Cardington, in the occupation of John Knott; (g) lands in Budham [Biddenham] in the occupation of Widow Newton; (h) land in Sandy in the occupation of Joseph Steven; (i) messuages in Newgate, Christchurch, London in the occupation of Samuel Mason, John Haines, Thomas Brundnell, William Carpenter, Exuperious [?] Turner, William Barnard, Mary Preston, Robert Harris, Thomas Flower and Daniel Pyley.
