- Scope and Contenti) Catherine Frances Biscoe, Bedford Street, Bedford Square, Middlesex, spinster, (daughter and only child of Elisha Biscoe and wife, Frances ii) Maximilian Western, Cokethorp, Oxfordshire, esquire iii) John Forster, Lincoln’s Inn, Middlesex, gentleman for destroying estates tail etc. i) conveys to iii) - parcels of ground in street called Biscoe’s Buildings, on N.side of Knightsbridge to Brompton Road, in parish of Kensington and St.Margaret’s in the Liberty of Westminster, as mentioned in leases referred in schedule - 36 messuages on said parcels grounds etc. - capital messuage at Goldington, formerly in tenure of John Davis, esquire - other property as in marriage settlement with promise by i) to levy fine to intent that iii) may become a perfect tenant to the precipe to the end that 2 or more common recoveries may be sued forth by ii) to intent that judgement may be given for iii) according to the usual course of common recoveries for the assurance of land, to use of i) for ever with schedule of leases concerning Biscoe’s Buildings date of deed and date of enrolment 11 May 1792 copy made 26 May 1803
