    i) William Shelton, St.George, Bloomsbury, Middlesex, yeoman and wife Martha (late Martha Woodward, spinster) ii) John Cook, Goldington, carpenter iii) George Palmer, Goldington, gentleman iv) Jeremy Fish Palmer, Bedford, gentleman Ann Woodward, Goldington, deceased, widow of Pallady Woodward of Goldington, shoemaker, was entitled to undermentioned property for life with reversion to John Woodward, son of Pallady Woodward, shoemaker, deceased Mary Woodward, late of Goldington, spinster, deceased, daughter of Pallady and Ann Woodward, thought herself heir at law on decease of brother, and therefore, devised reversion of said property to mother, in fee, who then sold cottage to ii) and land to iii) John Woodward, deceased, was half brother to said Mary, so heir at law was Martha Shelton, sister of Samuel Woodward, deceased, who was son of Henry Woodward, decease, who was eldest brother of Pallady Woodward, deceased i) have lately brought ejectment in King’s Bench to recover possession of said property, but has been agreed between i), ii) and iii) that this shall be stopped and property conveyed to ii) and iii) i) promises and agrees with iv) that at cost and charges of ii) and iii), at Trinity term last or Michaelmas term next, to levy a fine now, - consideration £10 10s - cottage with common and appurtenances etc., now in possession of ii) S. The Green W. Cricket Lane N. Burs Close E. Richard Watford - 1 acre arable dispersed in common fields, in Goldington, now in possession of iii) cottage to use of ii) and iv) but as to estate of iv) in trust for ii) land to use of iii) original dated 17 September 1781 copy made 23 May 1795 acknowledgement by ii) that he has the original deed in his custody, and also the fine, which he will produce if necessary
