    i) Henry Trethewy, Silsoe, gentleman ii) George Higgins, Bedford, maltster and common brewer iii) British Land Company (Ltd) iv) Frederick Charles Polhill Turner, Howbury Hall, Renhold, esquire v) William Kenworthy Browne, Goldington Hall, esquire, and wife Elizabeth James Herne Wade, Captain in HM 90th Regiment of Foot ( guardians of Harriett Mary Lucinda Elliott and Florence Anna Maria Elliott) on 13 July 1857 property (as under), subject to a lease for 21 years from 29 September 1851 and with apportioned rent charge of £12 per annum, was sold by public auction at the Auction Mart in London, and v) were highest bidders at £520 also v) contracted with ii) for the purchase of the residue and interest of his said lease of the property, at £200 purchase monies are intended to be paid by said guardians out of certain funds in their hands. Land to be held to use of Harriett and Florence) now in consideration of £520 paid to i), and £200 to ii), paid by v) i) grants and ii) yields up to v) - piece of land (7 acres 3 roods 35 perches) - as shown on marginal plan S. Misses Elliott W. road leading to Renhold E.
