i) Robert Mael, Hampstead, Middlesex, gentleman and wife Judith ii) Silvester Addington, Goldington, gentleman recites: lease and release of 21 and 22 December 1724 by which property was conveyed in trust for John Peck and his heirs; of which moiety, by settlement previous to marriage of i), Judith being then Judith Peck, spinster, was conveyed to use of them and their heirs consideration £510 - other moiety of property in Goldington as before covenant to levy fine signature i) endorsed receipt witnesses J.Pickering George Powell
