i) Joseph Shuttleworth ii) John Harvey, Ickwell Bury Whereas: Road from Warden to Sweetbriar Farm, the property of ii) (as shown on map attached to deed) has lately been made and it has been agreed between i) and ii) that so much of road coloured pink and extending from A to B shall be kept in good repair by ii) and so much as is coloured yellow and extending from B to C shall be kept in good repair by i) and they have entered mutual covenants Now ii) agrees to maintain so much of road as is coloured pink and i) likewise agrees as regards the yellow part If one party defaults after one calendar month’s notice from the other, then it shall be lawful for the other to cause said road to be put into proper repair and to charge the defaulting party Signatures both Witnesses , M.Reynolds Thomas J.Hooper
