    i) William Brown, Langford, gentleman John Brown, Langford, gentleman ii) Isaac Ballard, Stanford, Southill, yeoman iii) James Glenholme Lennox, 411, Oxford Street, St.Anne’s, Soho, Middlesex, hairdresser recites: lease and release of 12 and 13 February 1829 between a) Lord Ongley b) William Browning, yeoman c) Robert Lindsell, gentleman, for a consideration of £320 paid to a) by b) a close (site of messuage hereinafter described) was conveyed to c) in trust for b) whereas: c) died on 1 October 1856 and buried in Biggleswade churchyard : b) erected on part of the close the messuage and buildings hereafter described : will of b) dated 5 May 1858, i) appointed executors and he gave them all his property in Broom, Southill, in trust for sale : b) died 13 September 1859. Will proved 15 February 1860 (PCC) : premises sold on 23 February 1860, iii) being purchaser for £285 : iii) married in Shoreditch church in December 1845 : ii) as purchaser of highest amounts of said lots has agreed to enter into covenants hereinafter contained now in consideration of £285 paid to i) by iii) - messuage and garden in Broom E. High Street S.and W. Lot 2 in particulars of sale sold to ii) N. Reverend E.Lindsell in occupation of Mrs.Ann Chesham, save small portion of said ground now in occupation of James Sabey fences on S.and W. to be made and maintained by iii) ii) agrees to produce title deed – Lease and release of 12 and 13 February 1829 if necessary signatures i), ii) endorsed receipt witness Jonathan Treherne
