(b) a messuage which was formerly part of (a) formerly in the occupation of Grace Hide, then Widow Tutt and Widow Cooper, now John Rush and Widow Tutt with Ford Street N and tenement formerly of Matthew Peak now of [blank] E and (a) W;
(c) a cottage lately divided into two dwellings in the yard of (a) formerly in occupation of Mary Kemp and Elizabeth Sheppard now of Abigail Munnes and John Wagstaff
