reciting: indenture of 5 April 1895 ( endorsed on indenture of 31 December 1892) i) David Paine Winters ii) Jacob Chambers reciting: that by an indenture of 1 December 1894 made between i), ii) and iii) Maydwell Ousley Seward, in consideration of £600 paid to i) by iii) by direction of ii), the lands secondly described therein were conveyed to use of iii) freed from all principal money and interest and secured from all claims under said indenture £900 balance of sum of £1500 was paid to i) together with all interest so i) conveyed to ii) - all lands 1stly, 3rdly and 4thly described in within written indenture to use of iii) freed from all demands under this indenture
