Interest 4% per annum i) conveys to ii) - property as before (SL1/86) With covenant to surrender certain copyhold property ( not the subject of this abstract). Covenant for insurance of said premises. Declaration that no lease made i) during continuance of now abstracted security should have effect by force or virtue of Section 18 of Conveyancing and Law of Property Act, 1887, unless ii) should consent in writing
