Will make a mortgage of the property concerned if called upon to do so. 27 September 1872 With receipt of M.Turner for Lord Ongley, of £10,528 7s 7d received on 10 September 1873 which with £20,000 received on 2 September 1873 is full discharge of total sum of £30,000
