Total 173 acres - warren or wood ground in Old Warden and small part in Southill known as the Warren (123 acres but formerly said to contain 300acres) and summer house standing thereon, also late in occupation of i) - spinneys etc. (30 acres 3 roods 21 perches) in Old Warden and Northill, late in occupation of i) - spinneys, etc. in Southill (23 acres 2 roods) also late in occupation of i) ** farmhouse in Old Warden formerly in occupation of John Davies and previously of George Neal - land belonging ( 307 acres 2 roods 17 perches) in Old Warden and Southill i.e. 174 acres 8 perches arable and all meadow in Old Warden and 42 acres 1 rood 15 perches remainder of arable in Broom, in Southill - land belonging and held together with other pieces land by James Kingley , being 103acres 3 roods 31 perches in Hill, Old Warden - rectorial and vicarial tithes payable to i) within Hill and said meadow called Hill meadow and said farm and land in occupation of Prime Coleman and out of any other ground of i) in Old Warden +++++ farmhouse in Broom in occupation of Samuel Neal and Sarah Sarl - land belonging (198 acres 1 rood 18 perches) in Broom, with other pieces land then held therewith in occupation of Samuel Neal and Sarah Sarl - cottage called “the Lodge” divided into 3 in Southill late in occupations of --- - Parkwood (109 acres 2 roods) - farmhouse and old enclosures (73 acres 3 roods 14 perches) formerly part of said wood and which old enclosures and wood are in Old Warden and were formerly in occupation of Charles Fyshe Palmer, deceased, and now in occupation of Jesse Masters, or assigns - 2 cottages in Old Warden in occupations of - Wheatley and – York - quit rent of 5s payable out of a cottage at Broom in occupation of Jeremiah Chessum Secondly - cottage in Village of Old Warden etc.(2 roods) - piece of fern or plantation or wood in village of Old Warden at rear end of said cottage (1 acre 3 roods 2 perches) late in occupation of i) all which messuages, farms etc. )with exception of manors) are more particularly described in schedule) -
