    Conveyance i) John Gerrard Andrewes Baker, clerk, vicar of Southill cum Warden ii) William, Lord Archbishop of Canterbury Thomas, Lord Bishop of Ely William Henry Whitbread, Southill House, esquire, patron of vicarage of Southill iii) Robert Henley, Lord Ongley whereas: under Act to make better provision of assignment of ecclesiastical districts to churches or chapels augmented by Queen Anne’s Bounty it has been found convenient by i) and ii) that certain cottages should be sold and i) has contracted to sell them to iii) for £250 now i) ratified by ii) conveys to iii) for £250 - 2 cottages in Old Warden in occupation of William King and William Spring (1 rood) N.
