    Conveyance Parties: (i) Benjamin Jackson of Aspley Guise, carpenter; (ii) Richard Key of Aspley Guise, gentleman Reciting: - conveyance of 8th June 1859 of (a) from Alfred Smith to Benjamin Jackson; - conveyance of 7th May 1861 of (b) from Joseph Herbert to Benjamin Jackson; - conveyance of 25th January 1860 of (c) from John Sollom and George Rich to Benjamin Jackson Operative Part: - (i) conveyed (a)-(c) to (ii) for £280 Property [as shown on included plan]: (a) land reputedly of 3.5 acres but on recent measurement found to contain 2 acres, 2 roods, 20 poles, bounded: SE by a driftway leading to stone pits and land of Thomas Giles; NW by ground of John Giles, John Quarry and David Hammond; NE and SE by land of Thomas Giles; (b) land of two roods bounded: SE by a road from Woburn Sands to Little Brickhill; SW and NW by (c); NE by ground of Ebenezer Clarke; (c) land of two and a half roods bounded: SE by the roadway from Woburn Sands to Little Brickhill; NE by (b) and land of Ebenezer Clarke; NW by land of Philip Henman; SW by land of Frederick Whitlock (b) and (c) had been laid together to contain one acre, one rood and were shown on the included plan Covenant by (i) to produce the recited deeds to (ii) Witness: - John Thomas Green of Woburn, solicitor.
