    i) John Fish Palmer, Ickwell, Northill, doctor in medicine, one of sons and devisees and surviving trustee in will of late father, Henry Fish Palmer, late of Ickwell, esquire, deceased ii) Edward Fish Palmer, Ickwell, esquire, (one other of sons of Henry Fish Palmer) whereas: Henry Fish Palmer by will dated 30 Sep 1782 bequeathed all manors and property etc. in Bedfordshire, Middlesex and elsewhere (except his estates in Berkshire and Wiltshire) and all his personal estate to John Heaviside, and his three sons, Charles Fish Palmer, Jeremy Fish Palmer and i), in trust for sale to pay his debts and several legacies, and after death of wife, Elizabeth, since deceased, in trust to sell and dispose of as much of his real estate (except Berkshire and Wiltshire property) as should not be sold for purpose aforesaid and equity of redemption of so much as should be mortgaged as they should think proper, and to pay money arising by such sale and also residue of personal estate among his children Jeremy, John , Edward, Thomas and Elizabeth equally : said Henry Fish Palmer died some time later and will was proved in P.C.C. on 28 March 1785 : Elizabeth Fish Palmer had also died. By her will dated 5 March 1790 she bequeathed to brothers all her real estate and all her interest etc. in property whereof her father had died seized ( except property in Berkshire and Wiltshire) etc. as joint tenants : said Jeremy Fish Palmer had also died. By his will dated 6 Aug 1792 he bequeathed to brothers and sister Elizabeth all his real estate, interest etc. in property whereof his father had died seized (except in Berkshire and Wiltshire) and all his real estates (except his estate at Hill in Old Warden) as joint tenants : said Thomas Fish Palmer had also died. By his will dated 2 Nov 1793 he bequeathed all his property to his brothers : part of real estate bequeathed by Henry Fish Palmer has been sold and all pecuniary encumbrances affecting same have long since been paid off : John Fish Palmer and Edward Fish Palmer are therefore entitled to 2/5 parts of the estates as tenants in common and 3/5 parts as joint tenants : Edward Fish Palmer has agreed with John Fish Palmer for absolute purchase of his undivided moiety for £4500 now i) releases to ii) - property in Old Warden late estate of Henry Fish Palmer and all rights and buildings appertaining signature i) endorsed receipt witness Robert Lindsell
