    - requiring him to direct the justices of the peace for Bedfordshire to issue warrants to constables, tithingmen and headboroughs to make diligent search for straggling seamen and watermen for the manning of the fleet,and to deliver them to the sheriff, who is to send them under guard to the sheriff of the next county towards the sea; and so to the nearest maritime county.
