All personal estate to son John and daughters Sarah and Mary, in trust to pay debts, legacies etc. Monetary bequests to Friendly Female club at Northill; servant Sarah Reid; other servants; Mary wife of John Hawkins of Ickwell; Rebecca Windmill; Samuel Bates of Ickwell; coachman George Hill; to each poor woman working for testatrix a black gown; to all pensioners and poor persons “receiving a weekly allowance from me”, allowance to be continued by trustees; to William Miles and housemaid Susannah Hawkins, monetary bequest; annuity of £200 which testatrix is entitled to by agreement of even date, to daughters Sarah and Mary;
£10 per annum to nephew William Gibbard. Executrices: daughters Sarah and Mary. Several codicils – bequests to servants.
